Lady is trying to decide whether or not my dad is "safe". She is a very skittish dog, particularly around men, although she is very friendly. Generally the first thing she does when she sees somebody coming is run into her kennel or nearest available hiding place. If you come to see her there than she will wag her tail and let you pet her, but she isn't too interested in coming out - although she will if she thinks it will get you to pet her more.
