Lunch Time

We stop for lunch in a little pocket which is mercifully out of the wind which has been blowing steadily since the sun came up. From here, the summit is only not too much higher, but it's almost straight up (we went around rather than taking the direct approach, as it turned out). In fact, while we were there a guy on the summit looked over the edge and we had a bit of conversation.
