Fringed Grass-of-Parnassus
Parnassia fimbriata
This picture was taken just below some of the cliffs which ring much of the valley above Indian River Falls. The conditions here are very wet for most of the year. This is probably due primarily to water from melting snow trickling down from above over the cliffs.
