Alaska Saxifrage Flower

Alaska Saxifrage (Saxifraga ferruginea) is a fairly common plant around Sitka. The flowers pictured here are about 1-2cm across. There seemed to be two different kinds of flowers on the plant. I do not know if it is just a matter of different stages of the same process, or if they are substantially different in some way.
