Starting Down the Trail

Melissa was out of town, so Connor, Rowan and I took a short hike to John Brown's beach. Connor was not too interested in waiting around for the slowpokes. (In fact, on the return trip, he ran ahead all the way to the car despite repeated admonitions to stay in sight.)
