I intended to get the whole bird in the picture, but I was lucky to get anything at all. This bird was running by only a few feet from me. I was laying on the ground and it was hard to keep the camera moving fast enough to keep up with the bird. Notice the yellow legs, they (and its small size) are what I used to identify the correct species.
