Matt Goff on top of Cross Mountain

This picture of me sitting on the top of Cross Mountain was taken by Chris Carlson the day we hiked up there in the Summer of 1996.

Behind me in the near background is the southern end of Bear Mountain with just the end of Bear Lake sticking out behind me on the right. Between where I am sitting and Bear Mountain, Medvejie Lake lies in the valley 3,500 feet below. It is less than 2 miles from where I sit over to Bear Lake.
