Russian Logging Remains II

A seeding which started in a stump left by the Russian logging of lower Indian River Valley has now grown into a full size tree that has enveloped the stump it started on. It is fairly common to find large trees which have empty spaces beneath them. This is due to tress starting as seedlings on a stump or fallen log which eventually rots completely away.
