Canola Field
Canola is a fairly common crop around this region. It is easily recognized by the bright yellow flowers which create patches of bright gold against the mostly green background when seen from a distance. I am not sure what the exact process for converting the plants to oil is (or even if these plants are destined to become oil or something else entirely).
