Forest Road 301 near Freezeout Saddle

Forest Road 301 provides vehicular access to Freezeout Ridge and the surrounding areas. As you can see, not all of the snow had melted up here by the beginning of July when this picture was taken. It was not too much further up the road where it became impassable due to snow drifts which still remained.
