Castilleja hispida
Notice the lobes on the leaves of these plants. This is what leads me to believe these are C. hispida. C. miniata is generally not lobed, while C. angustifolia has much deeper lobes with each lobe quite narrow. In practice, there seems to be a continuum between no lobes and deeply lobed plants. Perhaps there are other distinguishing characteristics between these plants.
